Natalia Shaposhnikova Sout
In 1980, Natalia won 2 Gold Medals at the Olympic Games. She has also won many gold medals from World Championships and other international competitions. She was educated at the prestigious Moscow Sports Academy. She also studied dance and choreography with the world renowned Bolshoi Theater. She is the Head Coach of the Gymnastika Girls Program. |

Pavel Sout
Pavel was a Gold Medalist at the 1981 World Championships. As a member of the Soviet Mens Team, he participated in many national and international competitions. Pavel was the head coach of the 1st place Soviet National Team at the 1991 World University Games. He was educated at the Sports College in Russia and the Moscow Sports Acadamy. Pavel is the Head Coach of the Girls Program at Gymnastika. |

Siarhei Vaitsenak
Siarhei was a national level competitor in the Soviet Union. He was the Head Coach of the National Team of Belarus. He was educated at the Sports College in Belarus, earning a degree in Physical Education. |

Tatyana Shadenko
Tatyana Shadenko has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and is Nationally Safety Certified by USA Gymnastics. She was the coach of the National Team of Latvia for over 20 years where she trained European and World Championship participants, many international competitors and winners and has also been an International Category Judge. Tatyana was working in Iceland for three years before coming to the United States in 1999. She has been working for Gymnastika for the past three years and works with many age groups, general classes and training the competitive teams for State, Regional and National competitions. |

David Lee
David was the 1996 NJ State Champion and National Silver Medalist on Vault that same year. David continued his gymnastics career at West Point. David is a Certified Trainer. He has been coaching for 5 years. |

Olga Sout
Olga Sout has a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in Journalism and Media Studies and is Nationally Safety Certified by USA Gymnastics. She has been involved with gymnastics since the age of two and began coaching here at Gymnastika in 2001. As a gymnast, she was top ranked on the State and Regional Level. Olga is the current Pre-School Director and works with many of our programs including the various age groups of the General Classes, Silver, Gold, Mini and Pre-Teams, Summer Camp and Birthday Parties. |
